Lilly puts up $100M, plus billions on the backend, to form 5-target deal with InnoCare

Eli Lilly has committed $100 million in upfront and near-term payments to InnoCare Pharma to form a five-target drug discovery pact. The deal features up to $3.25 billion in milestones.
