Scipher picks up Chemomab’s rheumatoid arthritis drug, Nasdaq listing in all-stock merger

Precision immunology company Scipher Medicine will absorb Chemomab Therapeutics after having identified the Israeli biotech’s rheumatoid arthritis drug as the ideal fit for its own expertise.
